Are you thinking about renting apartment #6C on 152 Ludlow Street, Lower East Side, NYC? Think again, because the owner Brian Edwards* is not to trust. We're still waiting for our deposit ($1000) from when we stayed there april-june 2010. That was four months ago now and he doesn't answer the phone or e-mails when we try to get hold of him. Not even the agency we rented through can get him to pay us back.
At first he appears to be an all american nice guy but he's just a greedy, dishonest coward. So if you were looking for information about the apartment and ended up here - don't sign anything, find another place to rent and save a lot of money. There's a lot of scam artists out there and this is one of them.
